Description
Learning success in teams is the second module of the Professional
Development Program. In this module students will develop interpersonal skills that will help them to
be a more effective team member. These competencies are essential to success, both in college
and in a career. Through 1:1 coaching with a Success Coach, students will start learning about: the
ability to provide and receive behaviour based feedback, as well as effective negotiation and conflict
resolution skills. Students will be working towards being able to provide specific and detailed
answers to interview questions that typically relate to teamwork.
Registration in this course is restricted to students admitted to the Diploma in 2D Animation and Digital Art, Diploma in 2D Technologies for Film & Games, Diploma in 3D Animation for Game, Film and Visual Effects, and the Diploma in 3D Technologies for Film & Games.
