Yes, students may work in multiple departments but may only work a maximum of 100 hours for the semester across all positions.

ARC Research positions and Peer Tutors at the Academic Success Centre are not a part of the GROW program. Hours worked would not count towards your 100-hour maximum.

Jobs are typically posted after the semester Fee Payment Deadline.

Only students who have been selected for interview by a hiring manager will hear back. Students can expect to hear back within 5-10 business days.

Yes, as a student employee, your paycheck will include deductions for Employment Insurance (EI), the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and CUPE union dues. Student Employees pay union dues and are subject to the CUPE collective agreement.
